Q: How do I order?
A: Simply browse our online menu, add individual meals or meal plans to your shopping cart, and head to the checkout when you’re ready!
Q: When do I need to order by:
A: Weekly cut off is Thursday 3pm for home delivery on Sundays. We will contact you before and after delivery.
Q: How often is the menu changed?
A: Variation is the spice of life, so we update our menu every week. We also add new menu items with the change of seasons.
Q: How long do the meals last?
A: meals have an average shelf life of 5-7 days in the fridge. Some meals have a longer shelf life. Always check the Use By date before consumption. We suggest eating the shorter shelf life meals first.
Q: Can I freeze my meals?
A: We recommend consuming your meals fresh while they hold their highest nutritional qualities. However, if your meal has a FREEZE ME logo it can be frozen up to 2-4 weeks if frozen before the Use By Date.
Q: Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?
A: You don't need to be home to receive your delivery as our meals are delivered in a thermal cooler bag, which can hold a safe temperature for up to 6-8 hours. Your delivery will be left at your front door unless you have advised a specific location in the delivery notes when placing your order. Please refrigerate as soon as you receive the meals
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes absolutely! We can advise a pick up location - (Due to COVID-19 restrictions we advise home delivery is the best option)
Q: I did not get exactly what I ordered.
A: Please email us or give us a call if there are any problems with your order, human error can occur at times please be rest assured we will do everything in our powers to rectify any issues asap.
Q: How do I recycle my thermal cooler bag & ice pack?
We're always hungry to improve the environment and will pick up your empty thermal cooler bag and ice packs if you leave them out on your next delivery day. Alternatively you can use them for your shopping, share with friends.
